Are you bursting with ideas? Do you dream of making movies or writing your own books one day? Learn how to bring your stories to life by building an interactive website to share them with the world!

Join Pixel Bakery Design Studio for four weekends of Interactive Storytelling. First, dream up your story. Next, pick your favorite way to tell it -- whether it’s writing, drawing, photography, or video -- it’s up to you! The more creative, the better. Finally, you’ll learn how to code your very own website to bring it all to life and show off to friends and family on the last day of the workshop.

No prior coding experience needed. All genders are welcome. Space is limited to 20 participants so register today!

DATES:

This is a four week workshop on September 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th from 2:00 to 5:00. We highly encourage you to attend all four sessions.

WHO WE ARE:

Girls Code Lincoln is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. We host multi-week technology clubs for 4th-9th grade girls. Our multi-week clubs are completely free and 100% volunteer-run. We partner with Nebraska organizations and build in-house curriculum to teach technology, leadership, and life skills.

The Pixel Bakery is a design studio in Lincoln focused on serving up animation, web design, video, motion graphics, 4K aerial videography and photography, and graphic design.
