Create Your Own Horticouture with Jamie Pesavento

Become a botanical fashion designer with artist Jamie Pesavento. Go for a garden walk to collect photographs and specimen for collage material to create your own nature-inspired runway looks! Participants will be able to take home their artwork and contribute a look to a community exhibit that will be on view as part of the "In Full Bloom" exhibit in July and August.

***While the event is free, Garden admission is to be paid at Garden entry. Admission April through October: Adults – $6, Seniors (age 62+) – $4, Students with ID – $4, Children (ages 4 to 12) – $2, Children (3 and under) – FREE, Members – FREE.

TIP:
Spend the day at the Garden!
- Through August 25, go to the Visitor & Administration Building Gallery to see the "In Full Bloom" exhibit, featuring three artists presenting work inspired by the shape and form of flowers and bodies in nature. (Included with Garden admission; Drop-in.)
- From June 12 through September 2, take selfies throughout the Garden with "Grown Up Flowers," larger-than-life, inflatable flowers by PLAYLAB, INC. (Included with Garden admission; Drop-in.)
