This hands-on class will guide you through crafting three custom extracts using premium spices—just in time for fall baking, gifting, or elevating your own kitchen rituals. As you create, enjoy a curated tasting flight featuring one white wine, one red wine, and a seasonal mocktail (Midnight Spice) designed to complement the evening’s sensory theme.

You’ll leave with your three extracts, a deeper understanding of flavor layering, and a few new favorites to sip and share. Light bites provided. All materials included.
