Join us for a fun, empowering and inclusive drama workshop designed specifically for people aged 16+ living with disability. Whether you're new to drama or a seasoned performer, this creative workshop is all about:🎤 Expressing yourself💪 Building confidence🧠 Exploring how the arts can support mental health and wellbeing
You’ll take part in games, activities, and drama exercises in a supportive environment that celebrates who you are. Come along and connect with others through creativity and self-expression and learn how to embrace the power of creativity to support your mental health and well being.
The Details:
- When: Tuesday, September 16th
- Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
- Where: Kingston Butter Factory Theatre
- Who: People 16+ living with disability or neurodivergecy
- Cost: Totally free—just register!
- What to bring: Yourself, a water bottle, and a friend or support person if you like.
- What to wear: Something you can comfortably move in
- Accessibility: The venue is fully accessible, and all attendees are encouraged to bring whatever support they require (support person/worker, mobility aids, sensory aids etc
