A great resume is not a listing of everything you’ve done but is focused on the skills / expertise you want to utilize leading you to your career direction. It needs to lead you to what you WANT to do and not everything you CAN do. In this session will learn how to create a focused resume to best promote you and your skills / expertise that you enjoy using and want to do more of.

Nancy Fraasch is a Career Coach with Nancy Fraasch Consulting. Nancy has over 20 years’ experience coaching and supporting individuals and groups in career-related areas including assessment/direction, resume development, LinkedIn site / usage, job search strategies, and interviewing / negotiation skills. She has taught Career Development classes at The University of Minnesota and has been a Career Coach in the UMN - Carlson School of Management, Graduate Career Center. Nancy also has extensive experience as a Senior Career Coach with an international career transition firm.

Nancy is past president and board member of Minnesota Career Development Association, where she has been recognized with an outstanding achievement and merit awards. She is also a past board member of Association of Career Professionals - International. Nancy volunteers her time as co-leader of the Lord of Life Job Transition group and for Prosperity Ready, a non-profit who supports professional immigrants in securing employment at their educational / experience level.
