Details

Speaker: Mrs. Madhavi Nade Jain

Details: Infinite banking sounds odd. It has many names, but after much research, I assure you, it is worth learning about. This is such a powerful tool that research shows most of the highest level executives in the U.S. employ this tool to help manage their money. You should learn it too.

>> If you are a high-income professional needing tax write-offs or looking to replace that income, or a credentialed peer that works in the real estate world but hasn't applied that knowledge to your own investments, this meeting is for you. Much of our discussion revolves around ways to build wealth and income, controlling taxes in ways that significantly reduces risk and time needed from you. Commercial real estate helps to do that, especially if you use the syndication model. It is passive, so very little time is needed from you.

These meetings offer an efficient way to stay current with market trends, tools, connect with like-minded peers, and engage in meaningful conversations that can lead to investment opportunities*. In some meetings we will have a guest speaker, or we may go through case studies, or just network, but most material will be pertinent to commercial real estate and ways to build wealth and income. If you are not an accredited investor yet, ( typical qualifiers are earning $200k/yr for 2, going on 3- years, or $300k if filing taxes jointly, or you have a net worth of $1M+ excluding your primary residence), but seeking wealth building strategies and information, join us. Some topics will not be just real estate, but most will.
