Crafting with Festive Tangles | AM Session | Zentangle® Inspired Art Class

Why not share a little Zentangle love with your friends and family during the holidays?

Here are just some of the ideas:

• Gift tags: Use regular stuff: fine line pens, gel pens (especially glittery ones), wax/chalk colored pencils, markers, etc.
• Ornaments & decorations: Wood, regular pens, pencils markers work fine without prepping the wood. Metal, ceramic or plastic - Paint pens or permanent markers are best.

What you need to have handy, depends on what you want to tangle on or what project you may want to do.

Here’s a general list:

• Paper or project to draw on. Cardstock, Zentangle® Tiles, sketchbook, etc. Size & color is up to you, but good idea to have a combination of white and toned paper.
• Microns or other fine liners, in black, and other colors.
• Gel pens, colored pencils, chalk pencils, markers – anything you want to add color.
• Graphite pencil (Regular No. 2 works great!)
• Tortillons or stumps to blend (You could use a cotton swabs too).
• Oh, just grab everything and have it ready for inspiration!!

While it helps to have taken a beginning Zentangle® class, like my Zentangle Essentials, it is not necessary. As with all of my Zentangle® classes - NO ART SKILLS REQUIRED!!

I do not use Zoom. I use a professional business platform called Elevate Online Meeting. If this is your first time in one of my classes, please allow extra time to connect. You can click the link early to see if it prompts downloading the app/program. Click HERE for technical information and to pre-download the app if you wish. You will also receive an email from Online Meeting once you are registered as a backup link.

Please ensure you are able to use this platform prior to the live class. The recording will be made available via YouTube.
