Make new friends, get creative and learn new skills. Explore different art forms, including paint, journals and scrapbooking, collage, print, clay, drawing and embroidery.

You can come to every session or just come along and try one - no commitment needed!

Who is it for?

All levels of experience, from complete beginners to experts! Whether you want to learn the basics, get help to create a masterpiece, or just enjoy some good company while you craft.

We particularly welcome anyone who has been struggling with wellbeing and mental health, and offer a supportive, non judgmental and compassionate space to talk or just sit in company.

What shall I bring?

You don’t need to bring anything - all materials and equipment are provided.

Why crafts?

Studies show that mindful crafts can help us to find calm, feel achievement, build confidence and improve our sense of wellbeing. Craft groups are also a great way to make new connections and start conversations!

Wellbeing support

These sessions are based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, which help us to Connect, Learn, Move, Give and Notice more in our everyday life.

As well as learning arts and crafts, we’ll introduce gentle mindfulness and wellbeing activities and provide resources that you can take away and use in daily life, to feel that bit more peaceful, connected and calm.
