Do you know your Hazel from your Hornbean? Join CPRE Kent to celebrate truly terrific trees as part of nationwide CPRE Countryside Day events. CPRE Kent will take you on a short guided walk around the ancient woodlands that make up part of the new National Nature Reserve and show you how best to identify some of the trees growing in the woodlands.

Organized by

We are a countryside conservation charity who seek to ensure the survival of our county’s countryside, wildlife and heritage.

We aim to protect the county from inappropriate development wherever it may happen to create a sustainable and attractive future for Kent. We look to ensure that the heritage of Kent, its character and place are not diluted or homogenised by inappropriate developments and we seek solutions for developers and local authorities wherever possible.
