This American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) course teaches essential skills to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. Designed for both healthcare professionals and anyone interested in learning lifesaving techniques, this class covers CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) for adults, children, and infants, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of choking.

No prior medical experience is needed. You’ll gain hands-on practice and the confidence to act quickly in emergencies, whether at work, home, or in your community. Successful completion prepares you to provide immediate care until professional help arrives.
