Not at all! This experience is beginner friendly and open to everyone.

Will I be able to touch the cows?

Yes, you’ll spend about 50 minutes with the cows, connecting through petting, brushing, and simply being in their calming presence.

Healthy Henny and Clarity Cow Cuddling are partnering to bring you a one of a kind wellness experience on Sunday, October 5th, from 11am to 1pm. This 2 hour event includes 50 minutes of cow cuddling where you can relax with gentle cows and enjoy their calming presence, followed by 50 minutes of sound bath meditation on the dock with crystal bowls and soothing instruments to guide you into deep rest.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and closed toe shoes since the ground may be muddy. You are welcome to bring an extra change of clothes for comfort.
