About the Course Creator

Dr. Lynn Fitzgerald, a seasoned course creator and workshop leader, merges her pharmacist and coaching experience to help you step back and reflect on what God wants to share with you about your life story and experiences. Let’s face it, much of the tension and stress in our lives comes from our interactions with others. As a healthcare professional, Lynn witnessed how the stress from personal struggles can take a toll on one’s health and well-being or strain one’s walk with God. Knowing that long-term medication use wasn’t always the answer, she searched for innovative approaches for improving emotional well-being while strengthening faith. Lynn enjoys sharing fun and proven self-discovery practices that she has learned with others, in the hope that your own insights will lead to greater peace and become a pathway for health, healing, and a closer relationship with God.
