3. Use Case Demo of a Blockchain Network for Business on a Hyperledger Platform

A live demonstration of supply chain trade finance and related business processes on a Hyperledger based blockchain network. Limit the time and costs associated with intermediary processing, eliminate cumbersome offline reconciliation and reduce fraud risks. Banks, buyers, sellers, carriers, insurance providers and govt. agencies can process Trade Finance requests, issue and operate financial instruments, endorse transactions and documentary evidences, track shipments, trigger payment transfers, etc. on a permitted Hyperledger fabric.

Sunil Sabat, Director of Product Management at Protegrity Inc. manages Big Data and Cloud products geared toward sensitive data protection for security and compliance. Under his leadership, Protegrity big data products now run on AWS , Azure and Google Cloud. Before Protegrity, he worked at Informatica as Principal Product Manager and Technical Alliance Manager. Prior to that he worked at several startups and large enterprises Intel, IBM and Cadence in senior and leadership roles. He has MS (Comp Eng), MS (Comp Sc.) and MBA. He is certified in AWS, IBM and Microsoft. He has taught at Santa Clara University as an adjunct faculty.
