Join us for two progressive, transformative and experiential workshops. During our time together you will be supported and guided by the intuitive wisdom and healing energy of our "sentient equine partners." They are known to be a perfect mirror of our true stories, offering immediate non-judgmental insight into what thoughts and intentions we are generating and creating at any given moment. Each workshop allows us to Open Our Hearts to welcome Compassion and Acceptance.
In the inspiring setting of Forget Me Not Farm, you’ll be introduced to the equines through guided hands-on "Touch Techniques" activities with Equine Facilitated Coach Kim Seng. You will engage in opening up channels of energy, allowing for a deeper connection to the Heart Chakra, your Path Way to Cultivate Self-Love.
Kim and co-facilitator, Leta Laborde will also share powerful and practical self-healing tools such as meditation, visualization, creative expression and journaling to generate the next steps forward on your journey.
Horses as Healers and Guides:
Partnering with horses allows us to explore and discover things about ourselves we would not ordinarily realize. Playful in nature, horses open us up to experiencing the joys of living in the present moment.
· Open your Curiosity to the Wonder in the Present Moment.
(Horses are curious beings; the opposite of fear is curiosity)
· Bring forth the Courage to express your Heart‘s True Emotions.
(Horses live and express their deepest truth from their Hearts)
· Embody the practice of Radical Self-Compassion and Loving Kindness.
(Horses teach us about compassion through their ability to release emotions with unconditional acceptance)
· Finding the Inner Strength to Release Shame and Self Doubt – Trust in your Authentic Self.
(Horses live in authenticity moment to moment)
· Develop a Peak State of Energy through the Alignment and Connection between the Heart, Mind, and Body.
(Horses live within a peak state of energy and alignment; it is their instinctual survival state of being)

“My work with horses has been a life long journey and passion, which started some 40 years ago at an equine rescue facility. The nurturing and rehabilitating of these majestic animals jump-started my understanding of how they are mistreated and misunderstood. Their hearts are forgiving and willing to shift in trying to move past emotional trauma. This was an eye opening observation for the lessons I learned with horses. I continue to work with horses and owners in relationship training to teach the "True Nature of the Horse", helping the human to develop an understanding from the horses’ perception. While working in the horse and human relationship field, I started looking at other areas that horses were making an impact on personal growth and health. I then personally moved into the area of working with youth and adults on physical, mental and emotional levels. Over the last 20 years, I have worked in the method of Equine Assisted Learning with organizations and therapists. This work has allowed me to hone my skills and knowledge to develop programs, to train staff and to lead facilitation teams. I am living my dream and mission by contributing to the emotional and social growth, with participants in engaging, stimulating, equine activities that have current real-life content.”
