What is “contemplative action” and how do we “do it?” Drawing from Franciscan spirituality and her many years of experience in direct service and social justice advocacy, Susie Tierney will share her “top 10” list of ways to stay grounded, balanced, and effective in a way that contributes to the common good. The presentation will include time for small group conversation and an opportunity for individuals to identify practical next steps.
