Courage in the Time of Troubles – Explorers LARPing Event

By Dana Susan Beasley and Sam Beasley

Overview

Come experience our LARPing event, all centered around Russian History in the 17th Century.

Step into our immersive medieval-fantasy world inspired by the real Russian Time of Troubles, a period marked by invasion, famine, betrayal, and unexpected heroes. This session focuses on courage through hardship—what it means to stand firm when everything seems uncertain, and how even the smallest act of bravery can change the course of a kingdom.

This event is perfect for teens aged 11–17 who love adventure, storytelling, foam-sword battles, and making meaningful choices that shape the story as it unfolds.

What to Expect

⚔️ Immersive Storyline: Courage in the Time of Troubles

This month’s story dives deeper into our world’s version of the Time of Troubles. Villages are strained, food is scarce, and rival factions rise out of desperation. A shadowy force stirs in the aftermath of the last battle, and rumors spread of a fearless messenger who vanished while carrying an urgent warning.

Players will face missions where courage, loyalty, and sacrifice truly matter—and where even one brave choice can alter the direction of the campaign.
