This couples workshop is a warm, experiential introduction to conscious touch, healthy boundaries, and clear communication in relationships. You will learn the Wheel of Consent®, a simple and powerful framework used in couples therapy, intimacy coaching, and mindful relationship education.
Whether you want to improve communication, deepen physical intimacy, or bring more ease and play into your connection, this experiential date night gives you practical tools you can use immediately.

This event is designed for couples who want to:
• Communicate desires and boundaries with confidence
• Build trust, emotional safety, and physical ease
• Reignite curiosity and playfulness in touch
• Explore conscious touch and consent with guidance
• Understand the difference between receiving and giving in intimacy
What You Will Learn
Through guided practices, conversations, and simple body-based exercises, you will:
• Explore the two dynamics of touch from the Wheel of Consent®
• Practice saying yes, no, or not yet with clarity
• Stay grounded when emotions or intensity arise
• Build a shared language for healthy boundaries
• Bring more authenticity, pleasure, and freedom into your relationship
All practices are fully clothed, optional, and trauma-informed. This is an accessible workshop for couples of all ages, orientations, and relationship stages.
