Description:
In this one-day seminar you will learn positive communication to better understand your partner, learn ways to create a connection to enhance your relationship, and learn how your relationship can beat the odds! PREP is a research-based approach to teach couples (premarital and marital) how to communicate effectively, work as a team to solve problems, manage conflicts without damaging closeness, and preserve and enhance commitment and friendship.
Who Should Attend: The class is open to enrollment for anyone with base access (AD, Covilian, Contractor, Dependant etc. )who wants to learn about increasing positive communicatin while in a long term committed relationship.
Prerequisites: Both members of relationship need to be physically present for class. Both members need to register for class. No walk-in registrations allowed. (Persons wishing to take class without partner please contact Family Advocacy).

Lunch: A 30 minute lunch break will be provided. you will need to bring your own lunch.
Method of Delivery: (Classroom) This class will take place in Bldg. 2398 (across from unity Park) in Room 1015 which is located on the left hallway within the building.
