Accepted Answer

A: If you're less than 15 minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and fully charged as a no-show.

A: If you are late by less than 15 minutes, your session might be shortened to avoid delaying others.

A: Yes, if you miss your appointment by more than 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

A: Although rare, we may need to cancel or amend bookings. If so, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

A: Yes, you will be refunded any fees paid to us. However, we are not responsible for third-party costs like transportation or hotel expenses.

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, every session includes 10 minutes for undressing, showering, and guest consultation.

Q7: Can I choose the gender of my massage therapist?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, you can request a male or female therapist when booking. However, we can’t guarantee availability without €50/60-minute extra charge .

Q9: What should I wear during my session?

Accepted Answer

A: Clothing is optional. You can wear what’s comfortable. Undergarments, robes, towels, and slippers are provided.

Q10: Should I inform Zen Spa of any medical conditions?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, please inform your therapist if you have: high blood pressure, active cancer, heart issues, if you are pregnant or have other relevant conditions. A short medical form must be signed before your treatment.

Q11: Are there treatments for pregnant  or active cancer patients?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, we offer the Rejuvance Face massage specifically designed for these guests. Other treatments are not permitted for safety reasons.

Q12: Can Zen Spa refuse service for health reasons?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, if we believe a treatment may endanger your health, we may decline service or ask you to consult a doctor and provide written approval.

Q13: What is Zen Spa’s stance on inappropriate behavior?

Accepted Answer

A: We have zero tolerance for rude, intoxicated, or sexually inappropriate behavior from guests or employees. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
