In this 2 hour class, mamas and their birth partners will feel mentally and physically empowered for labor and vaginal delivery. Childbirth classes help build confidence in ones body’s ability to give birth. It allows your birthing partner to learn how to support you while in labor and further strengthens your bond through this journey.

This class is taught by Certified Doula, Gail Johnson of Presently Blooming. Gail has many years of experience catering to South Florida Families for a healthy and healing birth experience. She will discuss pain relief options available during labor which includes massage, relaxation, positions, exercises and breathing techniques.

Refreshments will be provided.
