Cosmic Sound Journey with Danielle Klein

Cosmic Sound Journey with Danielle Klein

By True Nature+ Connection is the Medicine Foundation

Overview

Have you been feeling stressed, overwhelmed and in search of a place for self care and to feel more calm and grounded? Join us on Friday!

This is your sign to join a deeply healing sound journey that soothes your nervous system, calms your mind and restores balance within. Through the vibrations of the Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, Grotta Sonora gong, chimes and other sound healing instruments., you will be brought into a theta brainwave state, which activates your parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s natural ability to repair, restore and heal itself.

Scientific studies show that sound frequencies entrain the brain and body into a state of coherence and harmony, which is why you feel so at peace and deeply relaxed during and after a sound bath. This alignment promotes emotional, mental and physical well-being.

Danielle plays with mindful intention and harmony, carefully curating a magical, cosmic soundscape designed to guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace. Each note is played with purpose, allowing the vibrations to work through your entire being.

Benefits of a sound journey:

  • Relieves stress and anxiety
  • Clears overwhelm and overthinking
  • Enhances deep, restful sleep and relieves insomnia
  • Helps to alleviates pain, tension and discomfort
  • Encourages emotional release and healing
  • Supports a positive, uplifted mindset
  • Restores inner peace and a sense of calm

Danielle’s soothing meditation voice gently eases you into the experience, guiding you through a short imaginative visualization to help you feel safe, supported and open to receiving the vibrations. The remainder of the session is an instrumental sound journey, allowing the frequencies to wash over you, recharging your energy. Danielle concludes with a short grounding meditation to help you feel centered and brought back into your physical body.

Aromatherapy is offered to further integrate the experience, allowing the effects to linger long after the session ends.

You deserve this time to rest, recharge and renew your energy. Prioritizing your well-being is essential. When you take care of yourself, you have more to give and can move through life with more ease and joy.
