Scorpio season invites transformation: shedding skins, reclaiming power, and telling the truth about what’s ready to end so something more alive can begin. We’re building on the New Moon in Libra, which opened a fresh lane for balance, creative sparks, and more ease in relationships.

We’ll begin with 25 minutes of conscious connected breathwork to gently activate the body and bring hidden tension or emotion to the surface. From there, we’ll soften into an immersive crystal bowl sound bath, letting sustained tones calm the nervous system and help those Libra-season intentions root: more harmony in relationships, more creative inspiration, and choices that feel aligned. If there was ever a moment to try something new—or let something old go—this is it.

To deepen the ritual, we’ll weave in a custom scent blend throughout the session, and we’ll close with journaling so you leave with 1–2 grounded intentions for Scorpio season.

Come as you are. No experience needed—just a willingness to breathe, listen, and be changed by what you find.

Journaling prompts we'll explore on the night

  • Where is balance asking to be restored in my schedule, my art, or my relationships?
  • What am I ready to let go—a habit, story, or role—so something truer can live?
  • What is one action I’ll take this week to honor my Scorpio season renewal?

What to bring

We will provide mats, blankets and tea, bring your journal + pen, and dress cozy and comfy.

(Note: Breathwork is generally safe; if you’re pregnant or have cardiovascular/respiratory concerns, practice gently and modify as needed.)


New to a sound bath? Use these helpful tips:

  1. Dress for comfort
  2. Be on time- at least 5-10mins. prior to the start time.
  3. Turn off your phone upon arrival
  4. Prepare your space- a yoga mat and 2-3 blankets will be provided but if you know you might be sensitive to light or want something specific to help you get comfortable, feel free to bring.
  5. Clear your mind- this is a form of meditation. Plan to relax, follow the sound and stay awake.
  6. Be open to feelings that arise- Sound baths encourage you to drop into a meditative state that can bring up stuck emotions and sensations in the body.
  7. Take care of your body before and after the session. Use the restroom prior and after the experience, hydrate and get a good night's rest.
