Under the luminous Harvest Supermoon, we’ll gather to tend to what’s grown, release what’s heavy, and illuminate what’s next. A supermoon sits closer to Earth, appearing larger and brighter, and many people feel these lunations as extra charged and emotionally clarifying.
The Harvest Moon is the full moon nearest the autumn equinox and it’s perfect for reflection, gratitude, and completion. This year’s Harvest Moon is a supermoon, meaning it appears brighter and bolder in the sky, and it occurs in the astrological sign of Aries, illuminating themes of courage, initiation, and sparks of creativity. It’s the perfect time for acting on what matters most to you.
What we’ll do
We’ll begin with guided breathwork to clear stagnant energy, surface what’s ready to be released, and anchor nervous-system steadiness. Then we’ll soften into an immersive sound bath to downshift brainwaves, integrate insights, and set 1–2 grounded intentions for the weeks ahead, such as how you’ll work, nourish yourself, and create as autumn unfolds.
Bring your journal for writing intentions, and leave with a clearer heart, steadier breath, and a focus for the weeks ahead. Space is very limited for this experience, so get your tickets today.
New to a sound bath? Use these helpful tips:
- Dress for comfort
- Be on time- at least 5-10mins. prior to the start time.
- Turn off your phone upon arrival
- Prepare your space- a yoga mat and 2-3 blankets will be provided but if you know you might be sensitive to light or want something specific to help you get comfortable, feel free to bring.
- Clear your mind- this is a form of meditation. Plan to relax, follow the sound and stay awake.
- Be open to feelings that arise- Sound baths encourage you to drop into a meditative state that can bring up stuck emotions and sensations in the body.
- Take care of your body before and after the session. Use the restroom prior and after the experience, hydrate and get a good night's rest.
