Corrective Exercise Workshop

Welcome to the Corrective Exercise Workshop happening at Montgomery Village Middle School on June 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time)! Our time will be spent learning how to identify problematic movement patterns that result in muscle imbalances and give you tools and practical application of corrective exercises to improve those movement patterns and prevent injuries. Catching these at a developmental stage is incredibly helpful for longevity and falls into the preventitive category. I will not be diagnosing injuries, but I am keeping this workshop small so I can give a lot of personalized feedback on where the vulnerabilites are and how to build them up.
