Core Training for Lower Back Pain
Overview
Lower back pain can stem from many different causes — injuries, posture habits, or muscular imbalances — but it almost always involves a weak or poorly coordinated core.
This class is designed to help you reconnect to that foundation.
In this 2 hour hands-on session, you’ll learn how to:
- Activate your core through functional movement, not mindless crunches
- Identify and release tension patterns that overload certain muscles
- Improve posture, breathing, and gait mechanics to support a resilient back
- Apply simple strategies at home to keep your progress going
This class blends movement education, core integration, and biomechanically-based training to help you move the way your body was designed to — efficiently and pain-free.
Maximum 8 participants to ensure adequate guidance.
Who it’s for:
Anyone dealing with lower back pain, stiffness, or recurring flare-ups. All levels welcome.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind. Expect movement and personalized guidance.
