2) Inner Authority: Making Decisions With Your Body, Not Your Mind

In this session, participants will learn their unique “inner authority” and how to rely on it for clarity. We’ll explore the different types of authority, group participants by decision-making style, and practice listening to the body through simple, guided exercises.Highlights:
