Join us for a 90-minute movement + education workshop to learn how to connect to your core, breathe more fully, and move with confidence—through the powerful lens of both Pilates and prenatal yoga!

What you an expect:

🧘‍♀️ Gentle movement - Pilates Instructor & Pre/Postnatal educator Lauren Byram will guide us through gentle but effective exercises and Prenatal Yoga Instructor Sheree Corbett will provide yoga poses you can use to promote relaxation. The prefect yin & yang!

💬 Real pelvic floor talk (without the awkward!) - What it is, what it does, why it's important, and how we can support it.

🤰 Safe for all trimesters - First, Second, Third & beyond!!

🤝 Co-led by experienced prenatal instructors - Your instructors are moms who have been pregnant in their own bodies - twice! They have extensive training and personal experience in how Pilates & yoga can help strengthen and aid in the pelvic floor.
