This is a Public Class Pass for the Adapted Fitness Core Conditioning Class on Fridays at 9am PST

Please look for an email from Adapted Fitness with a medical waiver that needs to be signed before you attend class.

Once the medical waiver is signed you will receive the Zoom meeting link for the class.

All levels are welcome to attend and equipment can be used or substituted for something within your house :)
