Please notify us of any cancellations by August 7, 2025, so we can finalize guest numbers and reallocate invitations as needed.

What are the hotel room rates or fees?

Room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 12.695% and any fees set forth below.

How do I book the hotel?

The booking link is available under the "HOTEL & TRAVEL" tab on the CORE webpage here: https://explore.hallorancg.com/core-2025/accommodation. The Hotel reserves the right to change the web address. If booking by phone, guests must call the Hotel directly.

What can I expect when booking?

When booking the hotel guests need to request bed type (i.e. King, Two Queens, or Suites), check-in and check-out dates. Please note our agreement with the hotel is for a standard room.  Upgrades will cost additional, and you should plan accordingly.

What is the check-in or check-out policy at the hotel?

CHECK-IN I CHECK-OUT Guest accommodation will be available at 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day. We will do our best to accommodate requests for late checkouts. Requests should be made to the front desk on the departure day and are based on availability.

Are there fees for late check outs?

We charge additional fees for late checkouts as follows: 1:00 PM at $30.00 plus tax, 2:00 PM at $60.00 plus tax, 3:00 PM at $100.00 plus tax. Any requests for departures after 3:00 PM will be accommodated on a space available basis at the Best Available Rate.

By signing you agree to Halloran Consulting Group’s Registration Policy and will respect all deadlines associated with this agreement.

What is the hotel smoking policy?

Accepted Answer

Smoking: The Hotel is a one hundred percent (100%) non-smoking/vaping establishment – this includes guest rooms, event spaces and terraces. A $375.00 daily smoking/vaping fee will be applied to any guestroom rooms, event space or terrace with evidence of smoking/vaping.
