As humans, we find great meaning in stories.📖

Before there was pen and paper, our ancestors gathered around fires and shared stories of creation, love, loss, grief, courage, hope. Stories move us, remind us of who we are and inspire future generations of who they can be. 

But what about the daily stories we tell ourselves? The inner stories that were planted in childhood from parents or society? 

Ones that we’ve sewn onto our being and hold us captive to narratives of who we SHOULD or SHOULDN'T be. Tales that whisper

📗“It’s safer to stay small,” 

📘“Success looks like this…” 

Its time to acknowledge the narrative that doesn’t belong to us and reclaim the script that holds our truth.

WHAT TO KNOW:

It is suggested that you wear something comfortable enough to move freely in.

Floor cushions for seating are provided as well as folding chairs if you do not prefer the ground.

This is a shoe free zone. A space is provided inside near the entrance to place shoes
