You may lay on the floor so we suggest a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket. You can also bring a chair if you prefer. Please dress comfortably. We also suggest bringing a water bottle.

Where is it at the park?

Inside the large building there is a small gym with mirrors. When you walk in the single door facing the lake the small gym is on the left.

What time should I get there?

At least 5 minutes prior to get comfortable and to find a spot.
