Somatic Movement & Community Sound Bath

This evening is a special invitation to our community. We’ll gather for Somatic Movement & Sound Bath—a practice of release, renewal, and connection.

We’ll begin with somatic movement: gentle, intentional exercises that invite you to explore presence through the body, letting go of tension and finding freedom in movement. From there, we’ll transition into a full sound bath, where crystal bowls, gong, and other instruments create space for deep rest and integration.

$20 per person, $25 at the door.

Open to the community, with a warm welcome to other sound healers who may wish to share and play.

What to bring: a mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort, along with water and an open heart.

Limited amount of props will be available on site.

This gathering is about sharing space, sound, and community. Come to recharge & reconnect.
