Restorative Sound Bath

Experience a comprehensive one-hour session in our immersive 360-degree sound bath, guided by two skilled practitioners. Dan expertly manipulates crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, while Amanda circulates throughout the room with an array of instruments, enveloping you in a transformative auditory journey.

Yoga mats, bolsters, light blankets, and eye masks will be provided. You may wish to bring a heavier blanket or a pillow if you like. Bathrooms are available on the premises, and we recommend their use before the session begins. Water, tea, and coffee are available; however, you are welcome to bring your non-alcoholic refreshments of choice. Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to relax! :)

Parking is free and located behind the building. Follow the signboard down the covered corridor to the last door on the right. The door will say, "Let's Be Curious".
