The course will cover contents incldue:


  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Techniques:
    • Techniques for performing CPR on adults, children, and infants.
    • How to recognize and respond to cardiac arrest situations.
    • Proper techniques for chest compressions and rescue breathing.
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Usage:
    • How to use an AED correctly in emergency situations.
    • Safety operations and maintenance of an AED.
  • Basic First Aid Measures:
    • Initial treatment for common emergencies such as cuts, fractures, and burns.
    • How to control bleeding.
    • Maintenance and usage of a first aid kit.
  • Specific Situation Management:
    • Dealing with choking, allergic reactions (including the use of epinephrine auto-injectors), heatstroke, and hypothermia.
    • Recognizing and managing heat-related illnesses and other temperature-related emergencie


You will receive a 2-years valid American Red Cross certificate after your in-person training.
