Introductory Class – 10am Saturdays

Join us for a free "Introduction to Aikido" class (please check the online schedule for occasional schedule changes).

Please bring loose-fitting exercise clothing
Arrive at least 15 minutes before to register.

The class will be non-strenuous and everyone is welcome.
