Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of the forest, just 20 minutes from the centre of Belfast. Let the sights, sounds, and scents of the trees and wildlife wash away your stress. This in-person event will guide you through mindful activities to help you connect with the natural world and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. No experience necessary - just bring an open mind and a willingness to unwind. Don't miss out on this opportunity to relax and recharge in the beautiful surroundings of the forest!

Forest Bathing is based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, an immersive and meditative experience in woodlands that can help improve mental and physical health and allow us to reconnect with nature.

Tony Bailie is an accredited Forest Therapy Practitioner and one of just a few qualified to lead forest bathing experiences on the island of Ireland.

Organized by

Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), emerged in Japan where a lot of research has been done into its positive impact on physical and mental health. A Forest Therapy practitioner creates a series of invitations to help participants become more aware of their senses and experience their immersion in among the trees in a deeper and more connected way.
