The First Responder Gator First Responder course provides students an introduction to emergency medicine through a weekly lecture by a firefighter-paramedic and labs led by student TAs. Labs and lecture will be held in person. Completion of this course earns students a First Responder certification, a CPR for BLS providers certification, and a t-shirt.

Lectures will be in person on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm .
You have an option for in person labs: either Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

For students purchasing the Tuesday Lab tickets, this course will begin Tuesday, January 20th through April 7th. Syllabus and instructions will be provided as we near our start date, and students will be added to a Canvas page after add-drop. The location will be released on the Canvas page
