Join Our Positive Intelligence Information Session!

Leadership today is less about knowing what to do—and more about managing how you respond under pressure. Positive Intelligence® (PQ) is a proven, neuroscience-based approach that helps leaders strengthen their mental fitness so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and composure—even in high-stakes, high-stress environments. In this information session, you’ll learn how internal “Saboteurs” (such as the Pleaser, Avoider, or Hyper-Achiever) quietly undermine decision-making, relationships, and performance—and how to shift into the Sage mindset, where empathy, curiosity, resilience, creativity, and emotional intelligence live.

This session is not therapy, motivation, or abstract mindset work. At Compass Performance Inc., PQ is used as a practical leadership operating layer—integrated into executive coaching, roundtables, leadership and career development. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how brief daily practices, peer learning pods, and targeted insight can measurably improve focus, communication, emotional regulation, and sustained performance—without burnout. Whether you’re navigating growth, complexity, or constant change, PQ equips you with the mental discipline required to lead effectively when it matters most.

Grab your favorite snack, settle in, and let’s get positive together!

The one-hour PQ Overview Program is designed to give prospective participants clarity, experience, and confidence before committing to a deeper PQ journey.

1. Build Awareness of Mental Saboteurs

Participants will:

  • Understand what Saboteurs are and how they quietly undermine performance, relationships, and well-being
  • Recognize common patterns such as Pleaser, Avoider, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Achiever, Controller, or Victim
  • Begin identifying which Saboteurs may be most active for them under pressure

Objective: Increase self-awareness without judgment or labels.

2. Introduce the Concept of Mental Fitness

Participants will:

  • Learn the difference between intelligence, emotional intelligence, and mental fitness
  • Understand why high performers often struggle under stress despite strong skills and experience
  • See how mental fitness directly impacts decision-making, leadership presence, and resilience

Objective: Reframe performance challenges as trainable mental habits—not personal flaws.

3. Experience the Sage Perspective

Participants will:

  • Be introduced to the Sage mindset—the part of the brain responsible for clarity, creativity, empathy, and calm execution
  • Experience a brief, practical exercise that demonstrates how quickly mindset can shift
  • Understand how PQ strengthens access to the Sage under real-world pressure

Objective: Give participants a tangible experience, not just theory.

4. Clarify What PQ Is (and What It Is Not)

Participants will leave knowing:

  • PQ is not therapy, coaching, or motivation
  • PQ is a practical, science-based mental fitness system
  • PQ works across roles—leaders, individual contributors, entrepreneurs, and teams

Objective: Remove uncertainty and misconceptions.

5. Explain the PQ Program Structure

Participants will gain clarity on

  • What a PQ program typically looks like (length, cadence, time commitment)
  • How PQ Pods work and why peer learning accelerates results
  • How PQ fits alongside leadership roles, busy schedules, and existing responsibilities

Objective: Help participants assess fit and feasibility.

6. Connect PQ to Real-World Outcomes

Participants will understand how PQ supports:

  • Better decision-making under pressure
  • Stronger leadership presence and communication
  • Reduced stress and burnout without lowering standards
  • Improved relationships at work and home
  • Sustained performance through change and uncertainty

Objective: Make PQ practical and relevant—not abstract.

7. Enable an Informed Next Step

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Decide whether PQ is relevant for their current season of life or leadership
  • Understand next options (open Pods, organizational programs, or individual participation)
  • Ask informed questions before committing

Objective: Empower choice, not pressure participation.
