once jars have been cleaned and sealed this will be the time for us to water bath the canned goods. Please note that this process will be done by the Chef/Staff on duty. You will have the opportunity...

Cooling Jars/Cleaning/Receive Certificate


You are more than welcome to leave your canned jars and pick up the following day. All canned items left must be picked up that week or they will be donated to the community.
