A comfortable space to lie down (bed, yoga mat, or couch).
Pillows, blankets, and anything that makes you cozy.
Headphones for the best audio experience.
Water and a journal for reflection.

The session is approximately 60 minutes, including a guided introduction, breathwork, and a closing meditation.

This is a live, interactive online session via Zoom. You’ll receive a link after registration.

Breathwork can sometimes bring up emotions. This is completely normal and part of the healing process. Allow yourself to feel and release.

This session will be facilitated by Dean Cramp from Transcend Healing and Breathwork, a Certified Breathwork Practitioner with 7 years of experience.

12. Is the session suitable for pregnant participants?

Accepted Answer

Some breathwork techniques may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor or reach out to the facilitator for guidance.
