Gather around the butcher's block to learn everything you've ever wanted to know about breaking down a whole beef!
We will be demonstrating the breaking down of a beef shoulder and rib loin, cleaning and identifying all the steaks, and discussing where each muscle is and how to use it. There are some real star cuts that come from the beef forequarter- ribeye, skirt, flat iron, denver, chuckeye, and shortribs to name a few.
We'll eat some snacks, try some charcuterie, and drink some beers!
