You just need a mat or towel for yourself. For babies, you can use a carrier, stroller or car seat, or bring a blanket and toys. For toddlers, toys or iPads are acceptable. If you do bring an iPad, please also bring headphones. Of course, all Littles are able to join in the workout as well!

Workout or comfortable clothes are best. Shoes are optional. You can also choose to just wear socks or go barefoot.
