Yoga for all bodies and all levels to build strength, flexibility balance and cultivate a sense of calm.
Enjoy a yoga flow designed for all bodies and all levels. Moving breath to movement you will be led through a series of poses designed to build strength and flexibility while also cultivating a sense of inner calm. It can be as challenging or as gentle as you need at the moment. As always, modifications will be suggested based on the level and needs of the participants to make the practice exactly what you need at that very point in time. Beginners welcome! No experience necessary.
Please arrive ten minutes prior to class.
