Coping with the Holidays
Overview
The holiday season can feel especially heavy when you are newly bereaved. Coping with the Holidays is a supportive gathering designed to help you navigate this challenging time with understanding, connection, and compassion. Together, we will share stories of loved ones, explore meaningful ways to honor their memory, and hear insights from members of HOPE's support team. This group offers a safe, welcoming space to find community with others who truly “get it.”
Participants are encouraged to share, ask questions, and engage at their own comfort level - but there is never any expectation to do so. We respect each person’s right to simply listen, take in what feels helpful, and find comfort in the presence of others.
This program is free to attend, but registration is required. Join us as we create space for remembrance and gentle support throughout the season.
