Working in our Monogram kitchen, you’ll learn how to make tender, buttery shortcakes completely from scratch, whip cream by hand to soft, billowy perfection, and prepare juicy strawberries with a balsamic twist that takes the flavor to the next level. Along the way, we’ll talk about creative serving options—from rustic and homey to elevated and elegant—so you can confidently showcase this timeless dessert at your next gathering. Whether you’re new to baking or just love strawberries, this class is a delicious way to sharpen your skills and enjoy something sweet.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 1 week prior to class. A minimum of 6 people (maximum of10) is required for a class to take place. You will receive confirmation and class details from Chef Linda at least 3 days prior to the class date.

How long is the class?

Each class will last 90-120 minutes. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

I have food allergies or specific dietary needs. Can these be accommodated?

KAM Appliances is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free facility. Please reach out to Chef Linda prior to purchasing a ticket if you have specific dietary needs to be sure that they can be accommodated.
