    This is an in person interactive experience where you will learn how to make delicious middle eastern bagel type pastries known as simit or ka'ak topped with sesame seeds, nigella seeds, Zatar or everything bagel seasoning along with other traditional levantine meatless brunch delicacies.

    Sahtain Nunu’s Cooking experiences are perfect for anyone who wants to start cooking, loves to cook, or just wants to learn some new skills in the kitchen. It's also a great way to connect with new acquaintances while breaking bread, enjoying a fun afternoon sipping and noshing on middle eastern yummyness.


    • You will work with other students in groups of 4 to 5, sharing workstations and equipment.
    • Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students.
    • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
    • All you need is yourself, your cooking spirit and I will take care of the rest.
