Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 1 week prior to class. A minimum of 6 people (maximum of10) is required for a class to take place. You will receive confirmation and class details from Chef Linda at least 3 days prior to the class date.

How long is the class?

Each class will last 90-120 minutes. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

I have food allergies or specific dietary needs. Can these be accommodated?

KAM Appliances is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free facility. Please reach out to Chef Linda prior to purchasing a ticket if you have specific dietary needs to be sure that they can be accommodated.

Join us for a fun and festive afternoon of cookie decorating at KAM Appliances in Hyannis on Friday, December 12th at 1:00 p.m. Learn how to bake and beautifully decorate holiday sugar cookies with Chris and Paul, authors of Fabulous Modern Cookies: Lessons in Better Baking for Next-Generation Treats.

You’ll discover pro decorating tips and creative design ideas while also exploring unique oven features—like using the dehydrate or proof setting to speed up drying time. Each participant will decorate 3–4 cookies during class and bring home 3–4 additional cookies to decorate later.

Copies of Fabulous Modern Cookies will be available for purchase, and Chris & Paul will be happy to sign them.
