Half sauce recipes half essays on coercion in the workplace, "F*** Your Boss, Eat My Sauce" challenges ideas of dominance and force and makes room for world-building ideologies and a more inclusive reality.

It's a feed your friends-not capitalism, cookbook. An offering to the world that we all find nourishment, safety, and wellbeing. That we make and unmake the world collectively. This book shares 19 herbal-medicine inspired recipes for all kinds of diets, seven essays on 50 colored pages.

About the author

fino burgos is a clinical herbalist and chef living in northern new mexico. fino's clinical work is dedicated to provide preventative health care and education using plant, stone, animal & earth medicines in a holistic way. their work is centered in healing for not only humans but whole ecologies.
