Join our immersive cooking class led by Chef Jen, a classically trained French chef with over 30 years of experience. Each week features a rotating Mediterranean-inspired menu filled with seasonal vegetables, vibrant spices, local seafood, and flavorful meats—highlighting Indian and Mediterranean influences.

Hone your knife skills, master sauces, and pick up professional tips and tricks that elevate everyday cooking. Plus, get hands-on with fresh pasta and dumpling making— ideal for anyone who loves food and wants to sharpen their skills in a welcoming, hands-on setting.

Will you provide alcohol?

No, we are BYOB! So feel free to bring your favorite beer or bottle of wine, and we'll take care of the rest!

How long are the cooking classes?

Our cooking classes are roughly 2 hours unless otherwise indicated.

What format are the classes in?

Classes are hands-on and full participation. Students will practice techniques demonstrated by our instructor(s) and prepare items from a carefully, hand-crafted menu that changes weekly!

What should I wear to the cooking class?

We'll provide aprons, but suggest wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little messy in. We ask that you wear flat, comfortable shoes and that you don't wear open-toed shoes or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back for the class.

Do you offer private cooking classes?

We offer private cooking classes for parties of 8 or more, not exceeding 12 people total. For private cooking classes, you can request the type of cuisine you'd like or make it a surprise! Please contact us at 727-608-3089 if you'd like to reserve a private cooking class with us.

Can I bring my child to the cooking class?

No, our Cook Wise Workshop with Chef Jen is adults only. However, we do offer kid's cooking classes for ages 7-15. Check out our events page for more information on our kid's cooking classes!
