There’s no better way to connect than by creating something delicious together! Join us for a hands-on sushi-making experience, where you’ll learn to roll fresh sushi while socializing with a fun group.

We’ll be making tuna avocado, salmon avocado, spicy tuna, and California rolls, using fresh, sushi-grade fish sourced the same day from Mitsuwa Market in San Diego.

What to Expect:

🍣 Step-by-Step Instruction – Learn to mix ingredients, roll sushi, and cook rice like a pro.
🔪 Hands-On Experience – Get involved in mixing, rolling, and slicing your own sushi.
🥢 Enjoy Your Creations – Each guest will make and enjoy 2-3 sushi rolls, plus Miso Soup and Edamame.
🏡 Relaxed Outdoor Setting – Hosted on the organizer’s back patio with plenty of free street parking.
🍷 BYOB – Bring your favorite drink to pair with your sushi!

💰 Cost: $65 (includes class, sushi ingredients, meal, processing fees, and a sushi rolling mat to take home).
👨‍🏫 Instructor: Dave Cervini – Culinary arts-trained at The New School & Peter Kump’s, with experience as a sous-chef in hundreds of cooking classes.
